Good place to shop and eat. Must stop in portellas have a dog piece of cake or a cake shake. All 3 are delicious. Before shopping that is.

I've been to university Mall in Florida Tampa. and it's very disappointing that the mall is being demolished. And basically all of the stores are closing. This mall was way better 2 years ago when it wasn't demolished. Over all I'm very disappointed. But still my favorite mall.

This place used to be super sketchy and then it got really nice and then it went back to being super sketchy and then it became nice and now it’s kind of in this in between zone where all these people want to revitalize it but we’re not sure if they’re going to and it’s like they were vitalize a section or two but not enough and so it still feels like a mall that’s kinda have forgotten but kind of there but like I hope it rebuilds and it becomes even better than it ever was, and it stays of glory

The only mall like mall in the University area. They have a food court, a dine in cinema and a bunch of shops. Cool place to hang out.

After a day at Busch Gardens we had to stop and get a bite to eat on the way home. This is a regular stop when we are in the neighborhood and everything is always delicious and cooked order!

It is being rebuilt. Not sure if will still be a mall. Looks like outside stores. The quality of the stores look like they will much nicer than when it was a mall.
